With Made to Measure products we strongly advise you to use our SAMPLE service to ensure your fabric selection meets your colour requirements.
Please be aware, where you require multiple items in the same fabric please place your for all items at the same time as fabric dye batches can vary slightly.
As we manufacture Made to Measure goods to your specific sizes please ensure you have read and understood the measuring guide as items ordered to wrong size cannot be replaced, refunded or remanufactured free of charge.

We are so confident of the quality of our readymade products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days. All we ask is that you first call us to tell us that they are being returned and then we will give you the details of where and how to send them back. They must arrive back in the original condition, including the packaging & that you obtain proof of return from your carrier. Delivery charges are not refundable.

Items that are not returned within 14 days will be subject to a 25% handling charge, and items not sent back within 30 days will not be refunded.
